The Free Online Visa Assessment is specifically designed to provide you with an initial assessment of your eligibility to apply for your intended visa.
Initial interview and consultation
When your eligibility is confirmed and you intend applying for the particular visa(s), we are happy to advice you about the whole visa application process and other requirements. We provide face to face advice.
For the overseas clients, this service is available via Skype. Appointments are essential. (see Fees and charges below).
Letter of Advice
Following the initial consultation we provide a detailed Letter of Advice outlining the information discussed at the initial consultation. This includes; the visa options and the legislative requirements and other relevant processing information, a quoted fixed professional fee, all miscellaneous charges such as telephone calls, fax, photocopying, couriers etc.
Our professional fees do not include visa application charges (Immigration Department charges), medicals and other costs associated with obtaining the required documentation for your application. (see fees and charges below).
Assistance in Application Process.
Once we are appointed as your migration consultant for the visa application process, we assist you in the whole process until the visa application is lodged with the Department of Immigration. We will assist you with filling in the visa application form, provide unlimited consultations when required, advise you about the necessary documentation and inform you if changes occur on the requirements of the particular visa prior to the lodgement.
(You will receive a quoted fixed professional fee and a fee breakdown for each service provided with your service agreement).
Liaise with the organisations.
We will communicate with the Department of Immigration and Border Protection from the time of the lodgement of your visa application to the time the decision is made. This service is generally provided without extra cost.
In addition to this, if required by you we will liaise with other organisations and authorities on your behalf to meet your visa requirements. This includes; Lodge skills assessment applications with assessing authorities, making bookings for IELTS tests and Medical Tests, finding suitable courses at Universities etc. This service is provided only on your request and is subject to additional charges.

We advise you how to minimise your cost and time you spend on IELTS preparation and to achieve a higher band for each component.
Fees and Charges
1. Initially we offer a free online visa eligibility assessment which outlines if you meet the essential criteria for a particular visa or visas. Click here for your free online visa assessment
2. Initial consultationConsultation fee is charged as follow.
Up to 30 minutes – $50.00
Over 30 minutes – 45 minutes - $75.00
Over 45 minutes 60 minutes (1 hour) - $100.00
Over one hour - $100 plus charges accordingly the time spent.
3. Letter of Advice
For the written immigration advice - $ 50.00
4. Professional Fees for visa application process
When you decide to appoint us as your Migration Consultant to assist you in the Visa application process following the initial consultation, you will receive;
- A quoted fixed professional fee for the whole process.
- A refund of the initial consultation fee (excluding commission if paid to a third party).
- Free consultations (when required) via phone, email or Skype.
