
About Us
Udan Migration Services Australia (UMSA) was established in 2014 and solely owned by Dayani Perera who was registered at Australian Migration Agent Registration Authority with MARN 1461863. Dayani is an admitted Lawyer both in the Supreme Courts of Western Australia and Sri Lanka. She was admitted to practice as a lawyer in Sri Lanka in 1995. After Migrating to Australia in 2007, she continued further legal studies and later admitted as a lawyer in the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2012. She also completed a Graduate Certificate in Migration Law and Practice at Murdoch University. In addition to her services under UMSA she currently provides her services to two other community support migrant service organisations.
Dayani provides expert immigration advice and assistance in visa application process, writes submission to the Department of Immigration relating to the visa applications, lodges review applications with the Migration Review Tribunal in visa refusals, utilising the experience gained through her legal career and her further studies in Migration Law and Practice.
